Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

  • All non Made To Order (MTO) orders placed have a processing time of 2-3 working days. 
  • Product information for each MTO item includes details about where the product is made. 
  • Please read the product information to find out where your MTO purchase will be shipped from. 
  • MTO items are shipped directly from our independent designers and artists who use their own packaging and shipping provider. 
  • As we work with independent designers and artists, all shipping times are estimates and shipping fees vary. 
  • Shipping costs can be higher when you order numerous items from different designers, as each item will be shipped individually. 
  • Please see a breakdown of pricing for each region and designer below:

AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER

  • Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that LUNCH is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges on uncollected packages. 
  • Please check the status of your parcel as there may be customs and taxes to be paid in order to receive your delivery. Failure to pay these charges on time may result in your parcel being returned to sender. 
  • Product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Please see the product page(s) to check the location of each item to see where the item is being shipped from.
  • LUNCH is currently unable to accurately estimate or cover import duties and taxes. For an estimation of the cost, you may wish to check an online calculator, such as Simply Duty
  • Shipped packages marked delivered/signed for will not be refunded unless sent back to LUNCH CONCEPT LTD following the correct Returns Terms and Conditions (see below). 
  • If a package is believed to be stolen or otherwise disappears after delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local Post Office or courier to issue a complaint.   

RETURNS

  • Please note that items categorised as MTO, pre-order, earrings and lingerie are exempt from our Returns and Refunds policy. Additionally, please be aware that certain designers do not permit returns or refunds for MTO items, as explicitly mentioned on their product page. If you have any questions about our items, please feel free to email customercare@lunchconcept.com
  • For items that are eligible for returns, you are entitled to return your order for any given reason within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to make a return, please email customercare@lunchconcept.com with ‘Return – [your order number]’ in the subject line, and the reason for return. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address. 
  • You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging and labels must be returned with the product without having been removed, tampered with or altered. 
  • The refund will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item and can take 5-7 working days to appear back in your bank account. Please note that shipping costs can not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Return costs will not be reimbursed. 
  • Please ensure to use a tracked and insured means of delivery when returning goods back to us. LUNCH CONCEPT LTD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns.

EXCHANGES

  • Please email customercare@lunchconcept.com with your exchange request and a member of our team will help you. Customers are responsible for the associated shipping costs of exchanges. Not all items are eligible for exchange, such as MTO or pre-order items. In some cases the designer may agree to an exchange, which is up to their discretion.
  • Products must be returned to us in an unworn, undamaged and unwashed condition with all original packaging and tags attached in order to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Please check each products individual sizing guide or send us an email at customercare@lunchconcept.com for guidance on the best fit. This helps to reduce the impact on the environment and makes your shopping experience hassle-free.
