SHIPPING
- Most of our products are shipped directly from our independent designers who use their own packaging and shipping providers.
- Order processing time is 2-3 working days.
- Free UK shipping on orders above £200. Exclusions apply, designers Borbala, Kenza Iatrides, Erica Fascendi and NOR NEITHER are excluded from this offer.
- As we work with independent designers and artists, all shipping times are estimates and shipping fees vary per designer.
- Please see the table below for shipping costs. You can find the production time and location of each item on the individual product page.
- Where a row on the table states ‘SHIPPED BY LUNCH’ then these items would be combined shipping under the rates seen in the LUNCH line at the very top of the table.
- Shipping costs can be higher when you order items from different designers.

AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER
- Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that LUNCH is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges on uncollected packages.
- Please check the status of your parcel as there may be customs and taxes to be paid in order to receive your delivery. Failure to pay these charges on time may result in your parcel being returned to sender.
- Product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Please see the product page(s) to check the location of each item to see where the item is being shipped from.
- LUNCH is currently unable to accurately estimate or cover import duties and taxes. For an estimation of the cost, you may wish to check an online calculator, such as Simply Duty.
- Shipped packages marked delivered/signed for will not be refunded unless sent back to LUNCH CONCEPT LTD following the correct Returns policy (see below).
- If a package is believed to be stolen or otherwise disappears after delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local Post Office or courier to issue a complaint.
RETURNS
- All items are final sale. Our platform hosts independent designers, many who make their items to order or to measure.
- Any requests for a return or exchange will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, please email customercare@lunchconcept.com with any questions.
- For hygiene reasons, all earrings are non returnable.
EXCHANGES
- Please email customercare@lunchconcept.com with your exchange request and a member of our team will help you. Customers are responsible for the associated shipping costs of exchanges. Not all items are eligible for exchange, such as MTO or pre-order items. In some cases the designer may agree to an exchange, which is up to their discretion.
- Products must be returned to us in an unworn, undamaged and unwashed condition with all original packaging and tags attached in order to be eligible for an exchange.
- Please check each products individual sizing guide or send us an email at customercare@lunchconcept.com for guidance on the best fit. This helps to reduce the impact on the environment and makes your shopping experience hassle-free.
