Shipping

All orders have a processing time of 2-3 working days.

Shipping rates are determined at Checkout. All orders are sent using a tracked method of shipping. Tracking will be provided by email once the order has been shipped.

Made-to-Order shipping rates and methods vary due to differing production times and locations, this information is listed on the product page of each item.

Product information for each MTO item includes details on where the product is made. Please read the product information to find out where your MTO purchase will be shipped from.

Depending on where you are in the world, you may be required to pay import fees, VAT and handling charges. Import duties and taxes vary from country to country. Duty fees are not added to final prices at checkout. LUNCH CONCEPT LTD are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged.

Shipped packages marked delivered/signed for will not be refunded for unless sent back to LUNCH CONCEPT LTD following the correct Returns Terms and Conditions. If a package is believed to be stolen or otherwise disappears after delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local Post Office to issue a complaint. Customers are also responsible for setting a correct “Safe Place” for parcels to be left if they are not going to be in.

Returns

You have 14 days from your orders delivery date to return items, any items returned to us outside this return period will not be accepted.

Items must be returned to us in the original packaging and unused with all original tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our returns policy will not be accepted.

If the item you have purchased does not fit as expected, please email customercare@lunchconcept.com within the 14 day period from your orders delivery date. In this email, please include your order number, name, address and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer and will not be reimbursed. Please ensure to use a tracked and insured means for delivery when returning goods back to us. LUNCH CONCEPT LTD is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Returns may be declined if:

•   the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed

•   the identification tag with the disposable seal is not attached to the product(s)

•   you have not returned any packaging which is an integral part of a product (for example, a dust bag or attachment)

LUNCH CONCEPT LTD will not be held liable for any losses or damages of returned goods whilst in transit.

Any Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Returns on Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-Order items by any of our designers are non-returnable. This is due to each item being produced as a one-off for the customer.

Please carefully follow the sizing and buying guide for each MTO item which is stated in the item’s INGREDIENTS, CARE AND SIZE GUIDE.

Designers will do a thorough quality check on each finished item before shipment.

If you wish to make a purchase of an item which is MTO and have any questions, please email us at customercare@lunchconcept.com and we will contact the designer on your behalf to have your questions answered as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

No exchanges can be offered on Made-to-order items.

For exchanges, please return your items back to us in an unworn, undamaged and unwashed condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Email customercare@lunchconcept.com with a request for an exchange stating the new size you require with your order number included.
