Q. How long does my Made To Order item take to arrive once I have placed an order?
A. Each Made To Order item is lovingly handmade by designers based in different areas of the world and each item uses a different production method to be produced. Therefore, please refer to the product information on each item’s product listing to find out how long the usual lead time is. Please note, the lead time on each product page is a reference, sometimes the designer can take longer to make your item depending on different external factors.

Q. How quickly will I receive my order for a non Made To Order item?
A. Please note that everything is shipped directly from the designers and that a small selection of Ready-to-Wear pieces are shipped by our team. Depending on where you are in the world, different methods of shipping will be used. We are not required to send your item Next Day or Express. If you require your order by a certain date, please email customercare@lunchconcept.com before placing your order.

Q. Where can I find a size guide?
A. Each item we sell is different so therefore we have included sizing information that was provided by the designers, in the product information. If you have any questions about sizing, please email customercare@lunchconcept.com.
