Morag Seaton is a Scottish designer and maker currently working in London. Having Graduated from Glasgow School of Art, she went on to study at the Royal College of art, collecting various awards for her fashion design. The fundamental components of Morag’s creative practice include abstract tailoring, pockets, modular systems and speculative design. Each component is diligently researched and stitched together with a distinct visual language. For her LUNCH-exclusive Envelope Pouches, a zero waste pattern-cutting technique is adopted. This helps reduce fabric waste during the production process, and gives the piece its angular, utilitarian aesthetic. These pieces were designed and handmade by Morag in Scotland.
