Each item on LUNCH is carefully selected by us. We work closely with brands we represent to present a curated offering of their work to customers. We steer away from a constant cycle of New In items and extensive catalogues from individual designers to prioritise a slower, season-less approach to dressing. We encourage an environmentally-conscious model of shopping. Consider the LUNCH website an artist studio; each designer’s tab a shop-able workspace, offering a detailed insight to each item’s construction and the artistic process behind each piece. We aim to take a lower than standard commission, aware of the implications that high costs have on emerging designers.

Using our industry experience, we offer our designers business guidance and advice. Where possible, we work with designers on collaborations. The aim of LUNCH is to bring new designers to as wide an audience as possible, using high quality product imagery, digital marketing expertise, and physical pop up stores in order to elevate their brand.

Made To Order items are shipped directly from designers studios to your door, limiting unnecessary carbon emissions and ensuring the quickest arrival of your order. All other order fulfilment is handled and shipped by our small team. We use plant-based biopolymers, which are fully bio-degradable as well as recycled tissue paper and cardboard.

Beyond existing as a shopping platform, we aim to function as a stage for some of the most prominent rising talents in the creative industry. One way we do this is through the LUNCH Journal – an ongoing series where we spotlight emerging artists through editorial projects, celebrating the intersection of fashion with various mediums. Through this we diversify product imagery of our designers, and provide a necessary platform for talent working across all avenues of the creative industry.

If you would like to feature in the LUNCH Journal, or if you are a photographer, set designer, hairstylist or make-up artist who would like to collaborate on a feature, get in touch with us at contact@lunchconcept.com. Please note, the majority of our Journal features are currently shot in Scotland. Unfortunately, all collaboration on Journal features is unpaid. We may be able to cover small expenses, but we are currently unable to pay talent and team for their time. This also goes for LUNCH team members, who likewise collaborate on the Journal unpaid. Whilst our long-term aim is to establish a clear funding stream for the Journal, we aim to continue it for now to provide a space for creatives to platform their work.
