Christopher Reid is the queer Scottish designer who’s love of gothic horror movies from decades past and the reverence of their forever muse Courtney Love, creates the ribbon trimmed body of their warped feminine fantasy. Graduating from Edinburgh College of Art, they launched their eponymous label in 2020 and subsequently showed their A/W 21 collection at London Fashion Week under the Graduate Fashion Foundation’s Designer Profile. Reid has since been included as part of SHOWStudio’s ‘Class of 2020’, as well as having their work donned by K-pop icons, rockstars and riot grrrls at large.
